Essay On Autumn Season
The autumn season arrives after the rainy season. The season consists of Marathi months–Ashwin and Kartik. The heat of the sun in this season is very intense and the sky is clear. Due to the heat of the sun, the water, which was contaminated during the monsoon becomes pure.
The surrounding atmosphere is very cool and pleasant throughout this season. Different kinds of flowers blossom. They spread their fragrance in all directions. The sky is full of innumerable twinkling stars and so it is a feast to our eyes. The moonlight is very pleasing and it eliminates all the darkness from this earth. It looks like the whole world is being showered by the milky moonlight.
During the autumn season, there are numerous lotus flowers blooming in the ponds. Birds are singing sweetly to attract us. Our mind and body become fresh and it makes us feel healthy. The production of fruits and vegetables is at its peak during this season. We feel hungrier and so we have a good appetite. Thus overall season is very cheerful and fills us with pleasure.
This is the season when we celebrate the most awaited festivals Dassera and Diwali. People prepare a variety of scrumptious delicacies. The festivals are celebrated with great delight. Farmers reap their farms, so fruits and vegetables are available in abundance. The Autumn season ends with Kartiki Purnima. It marks the beginning of the winter season.
