My dear Father,
Our Diwali holidays are about to come. Mother and you will be expecting me home soon. Perhaps you might not like the idea of my going on a tour during these holidays.
Our school has arranged to take us on a tour of North India. Many of my classmates are joining the tour. We shall get a railway concession of fifty per cent on our fares. So the expense will not be more than 500-00. I am very eager to join the tour and see new places. Now I am awaiting your reply. I shall do whatever mother and you want me to do.
