This letter is being sent with regard to your above mentioned premises which is now under my occupation. The premises need certain repairs those damaged badly. The window panes of the bedroom are broken. If there is a strong wind, it becomes unbearable. Moreover the dusts are sprayed in the room. The R. C. C. work in the terrace is defective. During the last rainy season the ceiling was leaking.
My costly furnitures were damaged badly and we were is a great trouble. May I request you to attend to the repairs at once? It is in the interest of both of us to get the repairs done soon.
