Dear Sir,
I bought a radio set from you last week under receipt No, 1809 dated 30th June, 2001. I am sorry to say that it does not work to my satisfaction. It does not give clear reception. There are too many disturbances. There is no pleasure in listening to it. I think the set is defective. Kindly send your man to take it away and give me a set that is in good working condition.
