The sheer delight of movement is enough to make the day. In the morning the nature is at its best. The dew-drops on lush green grass and leaves of plants look like pearls.
A walk in a big park or on the bank of a stream is even more refreshing. The charm is enhanced many folds.

There is green grass in the park and other beautiful trees which are a sight to behold. I walk on the grass and enjoy the sweet smell of flowers. Walking is an exercise that promotes health. It is best to take a walk in the morning. It is my habit to wake up at five a.m. every day, I then set out on my morning walk.
I walk briskly. I breathe in the cool fresh morning air. I feel refreshed. As I live in the suburb, I enjoy looking at trees, grass, birds and flowers in the course of my walk. The birds sing sweetly in the branches of the trees along the roadside. I like to see the dewdrops shining like pearls on the blades of grass. I like to slip off my canvas shoes and step on to the bare grass. The grass feels soft and cool under my feet. Last of all, I love to watch the sunrise, when sky becomes rosy and gets flooded with light. The sky looks as if it has been painted in a variety of colours. It makes my heart glad to admire the beauty of the sunrise.
Being refreshed, I return home at seven a. m. after my refreshing walk. I have a fine appetite. I eat a heavy breakfast because I feel hungry after my long walk.
A walk is best enjoyed in the morning. It helps to refresh us and makes us fit for the whole day’s work.

An early riser as I am, I go out for a walk everyday. I do not like to be bothered by anyone else company. Going with some companion means breaking into frequent conversation on the way. I, therefore, cannot concentrate on the beauty of nature around me. This is why I prefer going all alone.
I love the most the chirping of birds in the morning. The melodious chirping is enchanting. They seem to welcome the sun with their sweet notes. After walking half a mile I sit in a pretty rose garden. The every sight and smell of those beautiful flowers cheers me up.
Small dew drops on petals and leaves look like precious pearls. The sight pleases the eyes. I meditate there for a while. I forget the hustle and bustle of my daily life and escape from worries temporarily I feel a new strength is being injected into my otherwise tired body. I feel some new sense of joy as I relax while sitting in the silence around me
As I often go to a garden for a walk I meet other morning walkers who are as regular as me. They bring their dogs for a walk too. Young and old people come to the gardens, some do exercises throughout, some sit quietly under a tree, some jog and run-in short each person does what pleases him the most and whatever keeps his body in good shape.
Walking in the morning is a very good habit and even when I feel lazy in the morning get out of bed, I force myself to leave the house because I know that once I am on my way I will enjoy every minute of my morning walk.
